Affirming care is the foundation here. My practice centers the lived experiences of queer, trans, gender-expansive, and BIPOC clients. I work to understand you within the full context of your identities and life history, staying attentive to how political, social, and cultural conditions affect your mental health and sense of safety.

I welcome all couples. LGBTQ+ affirming care is central to my practice, and that lens informs how I work with everyone.

Every client's timeline looks different. Many begin to feel genuine relief and clarity within the first two to three months of weekly or biweekly sessions. Some stay a year or more — not because they're stuck, but because they're growing. We'll revisit your goals regularly and let your own sense of progress guide the way.

Individual sessions are $200 per 50-minute session. Couples sessions are $200 per 55-minute session and $225 per 75-minute session.

I am private pay and out-of-network. Following each session I provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you have a PPO plan, it is worth checking your out-of-network mental health benefits before we meet.

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for those who need them — ask during your consultation.

I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider. Many clients with PPO plans find that a portion of their session fee is reimbursable through their insurance. I'm happy to walk you through the superbill process during our consultation.

My office is wheelchair and mobility device accessible via platform lift. I also believe that accessibility means showing up as you are on any given day. Need to dim your camera, lie down on the office couch, or bundle up in a blanket? Please do. Session structure adapts to your needs.
